Air Handling Unit
Our AHU is having 43 mm thick PUF / Rockwool insulated GI casings with aluminum thermal break profile containing G4, F9 and sometimes H13 filters for filtering the air, direct driven / belt driven blowers for air circulation & cooling and heating coils to cool and dehumidify the air, all working to produce air quality of the highest order. Our AHU's are designed and manufactured in the range of 500 – 50,000 CFM.
Ducts
In-house manufacturing of pre-fabricated ducts on CNC aided machines save the installation time at site and provide bare minimum leakages. They are further insulated with polyethylene / nitrile rubber to suppress heat loss. Also we have Pre Insulated ducts as options for cost efficiency.
Chillers
The center of the Water based HVAC system (DX in case of Gas based) where the vapor compression cycle takes place along with heat exchange. We can supply Water Cooled or Air Cooled Chillers for this system.
BMS
Complete system can be improvised and upgraded with provision to synchronize with Building and Environment Management System giving advantage of Monitoring or Control, or both for supply of the project.
We have team of industry experts with exposure to known auditing body, like US-FDA, UKMHRA, PICs, EU-GMP, cGMP, WHO etc., who are supporting us in designing of the facility and we give all services to achieve the larger goal of sate-of-the-art facility.
We have In-House team, for Technology transfer across multiple dose forms, with product licensing and registration and dossier and documentation process facility. We will be able to supply Finished Formulations, API, Raw Material, and Packing material support can be given.
